Insurance loss services
Clear the space.
Document the work.
Duke City Cleanouts helps with approved contents handling, debris removal, sorting, hauling, and post-loss cleanouts in Albuquerque and surrounding communities. Start with a clear scope and keep the paperwork together from estimate through completion.

Keep claim-related work and owner-requested additions separate.
Track photos, labor, disposal receipts, and job completion.
Scope of service
What we
can help with.
Depending on the approved job scope, services may include contents removal or pack-out, sorting and separation, debris hauling, disposal, access clearing, photo documentation, and post-loss cleanout work.
Tell us what happened, which rooms are affected, what needs to stay, and what has been approved for removal. Identify belongings to keep, move, donate, dispose of, or hold for review.
Specialty remediation, regulated or hazardous materials, structural repairs, and licensed trades require separate review and are outside this cleanout scope unless separately qualified and contracted.

Before you
get started.
What information should I have ready?
Bring the property address, homeowner or authorized contact details, date of loss, claim number, carrier, adjuster contact, and a description of the work requested. Let us know if some information is still pending.
Do I need every form for every job?
No. DCC can help identify the relevant paperwork for your scope. The separate work order and completion form provides a shorter record of authorization and job acceptance.
Can DCC communicate with my adjuster?
The insurance job packet includes authorization for DCC to communicate about estimates, invoices, photos, work status, and supporting documents. It does not authorize DCC to settle or negotiate your claim.
Will insurance pay for the cleanout?
DCC does not decide coverage or guarantee payment. Ask your carrier or adjuster about approval for the proposed work, and review the payment responsibilities in your DCC agreement.
What if the scope changes?
Discuss additions and exceptions with DCC before proceeding. Document scope changes and owner-requested work in writing, then include the completed work and final charges in the closeout record.
